Ultimate Dry Fire

PRIVACY POLICY

TechingAPPS (a division of TechingIT, Inc.) operates the Ultimate Dry Fire mobile application. Your privacy is our priority, especially given the nature of tactical training.

 

  • Audio Processing: The app requires microphone access to detect shot sounds. All audio processing happens locally on your device (Edge Processing). We do not record, store, or transmit your audio to any servers.

  • Data Collection: We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII). Performance metrics (shot times, splits) are stored locally on your device.

  • Third-Party Services: We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may process anonymized transaction data to verify your Pro status, but they do not have access to your training telemetry.

  • No Data Sharing: We do not sell or share any data with third parties.

TERMS OF USE (EULA)

By downloading or using Ultimate Dry Fire, you agree to the following terms between you and TechingAPPS.

 

A. SAFETY WARNING & LIABILITY WAIVER

  • Firearm Safety: Dry fire training involves inherent risks. You are solely responsible for ensuring your firearm is unloaded, all live ammunition is removed from the training area, and all safety protocols are followed.

  • Assumption of Risk: You use this app at your own risk. TechingAPPS is not responsible for any injury, death, or property damage resulting from the use of this software.

B. SCOPE OF LICENSE TechingAPPS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use this app on Apple-branded products that you own or control.

 

C. MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT TechingAPPS is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the app. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the app.

 

D. NO WARRANTY The app is provided “As-Is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app. Any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages attributable to any failure to conform to any warranty will be the sole responsibility of TechingAPPS.

 

E. PRODUCT CLAIMS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TechingAPPS, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession/use of it, including product liability or intellectual property infringement claims.

 

F. LEGAL COMPLIANCE You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
